EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, LIFELONG ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATOR

Ekuri is an environmental educator from Cameroon who uses educational media such as art, workshops, film, and outdoor education programs to promote sustainability literacy among young people in Cameroon. He is also an ambassador for World Trails Network.



KELVIN ASU EKURI

PROGRAM AND TECHNOLOGY MANAGER, DIRECTOR OF SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMMES

Ekuri is an AI engineer, a scholarship ambassador for Africademics, and a former youth parliamentarian. He is an advocate for quality education in Cameroon and holds the believe that everyone deserves the right to quality education at the least possible cost. He has mentored over 50 young Africans in the last 2 years who have all secured fully funded scholarships.

NYAMBI JOEL

MIXED MEDIA ARTIST, COORDINATOR OF ART PROGRAMS

Nyambi Joel is a mixed media artist who explores the complex emotions that shape our lives while advocating for environmental conservation. His artwork visually represents journeys through sadness and adversity, the fragile beauty of our planet and the hope that emerges from challenges.

Believing that even in our darkest moments there is a path to optimism, Nyambi transforms painful emotions into captivating expressions of resilience. His art reflects the intrinsic connection between sorrow and joy, reminding us that, just as we weather personal storms, our environment faces its own struggles.

EKILI BETTY

EDUCATION PROGRAMS OFFICER

Betty is a Forestry and Wildlife Engineer and a strong advocate for nature protection and conservation. She uses education to raise awareness about forest and wildlife conservation, having reached over 2,000 people in various communities in Cameroon.

VIRGINA OBI

SOCIAL IMPACT & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Virgina is a dedicated sociologist with a Master's in Sociology and a passion for education and community engagement.  She has led several initiatives aimed at empowering communities, particularly during the cholera outbreak in Southwest Cameroon. She played a pivotal role in educating households on preventive methods, hygiene, and sanitation, promoting resilience and awareness at the grassroots level.

OJONG JOHN 

FINANCE CONSULTANT

Ojong John is a  Monitoring and Evaluation professional with expertise in financial management, community engagement, and project implementation. With experience in leading WASH projects, advocating for education, and managing financial records, he brings strong analytical and leadership skills to drive impactful initiatives. Proficient in Microsoft Office, statistical analysis, and accounting software, Ojong is committed to enhancing community development through effective M&E practices. 

ETCHUOBI MANYO

Secretary General

Etchu has a background in physical geography and is an entrepreneur. He is a climate enthusiast who actively supports initiatives aimed at addressing climate change.
